A legal action has been commenced against Henry Amponsah aka Henry Fitz, the man at the centre of Serwaa Amihere’s leak.
For some days now, Ghanaian television presenter, Serwaa Amihere and Henry Fitz have been trending after their bedroom video was posted online.
While online discussions about the issue have not ceased, a court case has been filed against Henry and two individuals.
The other individuals are Edem Saviour Ketti, a 29-year-old filmmaker and 31-year-old trader, and Candylove Kwakyewaa Ababio.
They are facing four counts of charges. The charges include non-consensual sharing of intimate image and s3xual extortion.
According to a court document sighted by Zionfelix.net from the Dansoman Circuit Court, the complainant, Serwaa Amihere was first threatened on the leak of her nu.de pictures on 3rd December 2023 if she failed to pay GHS 5,000.00 to MTN mobile money account number.
A demand of GHS 20,000.00 was also made on 2nd April 2024. Even though the amount was paid, the nu.de video was posted.
Following this, Serwaa Amihere filed a complaint with the police on 3rd April 2024.
While Edem Saviour Ketti and Candylove Kwakyewaa have been arrested, Henry Fitz is reportedly at large.
