Ghanaian female blogger, Ohemaa Candice who was arrested for writing that Lilwin had knocked down an unknown person at Peace FM has finally spoken about the saga.

The blogger has told Andy Dosty on Hitz FM that she was arrested on Monday, October 29 at the premises of Peace FM and taken to the Tesano police station where she was put behind bars. The young lady revealed that she was asked to go home the following day after spending the night behinds bars at the police station.

Candice who sounded unperturbed about the arrest judging from the interview zionfelix.net listened admitted that the police did not manhandle her when she was taken to the police station. She quickly added that she was not enthused with the treatment she received when she was being handcuffed at Peace FM during the arrest.

Narrating how she was arrested to Andy Dosty on Wednesday, the lady said “I was still at the premises (Despite Group’s Ship House) and a friend called Sammy K wanted me to wait for a while after a live show on Neat FM not knowing they knew about the story I published and that LilWin actually asked him to keep me there so that they can meet me.”

She continued that “so Abeiku Santana also saw the story and got pissed and he was saying a whole lot things.” To her, she does not know why she was busted for writing a fake story about the Kumawood actor because she believes she did not commit a crime to warrant the arrest. Asked if she would sue anyone involved in the saga, Ohemaa replied no because she does not have time to be running in and out of court.

The background of this issue started late Monday, October, 29 when Candice published a story on her blog that Lilwin knocked down someone at the premises of Peace FM with his customized car.

According to the false reportage, the actor was caught “explaining to the receptionist at the front desk of Peace FM…he was parking his car when he heard a guy screaming for help claiming he has knocked him down”.

The writer behind the story was on Monday, October 29, 2018, caught red-handed publishing the story online for mischief purposes.
