Ghanaian media personality, Abeiku Santana is unhappy about the passage of E-Levy.
The 1.5 per cent electronic transaction levy was kicked against by a lot of Ghanaians.
It was passed on Tuesday—and it has now been assented into law by President Akufo-Addo.
Reacting to it on UTV’s United Showbiz which was monitored by Zionfelix.net, Abeiku Santana said he is disappointed.
He recalled when the Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia stated in an interview on Peace FM that MoMo won’t be taxed.

The Okay FM presenter argued that taxes should be paid according to what you earn.
But in Ghana, he said both the poor and the rich are being taxed in the same range.
Abeiku Santana believes something could be done about E-Levy despite its passage.
