Seasonal gospel musician, Paa Boateng sees nothing wrong on his assertion that Joe Mettle’s worship songs do not draw the presence of God despite the calls on him to apologize.
Speaking in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, which was monitored by Zionfelix.net, Paa Boateng said he doesn’t owe his colleague any apology.
“I don’t owe Joe Mettle an apology. secondly, I have nothing against what Ohemaa Mercy and Pastor Brian said. because I do believe everybody has the right to their own opinion. and for them coming to say I have to apologize to Joe Mettle, they are right in their own way but everybody has their right,” he stated.
However, Paa Boateng said he was expecting Pastor Brian Amoateng to call him on phone and advise him.
He added that Pastor Brian has his number, so repeating what he think wasn’t the best for him [Paa Boateng] to do on social media was also wrong on Pastor Brian’s part as a leader to release a video online advising him to apologize to Joe Mettle.
Paa Boateng has been chastised by a section of Ghanaians following his infamous comment on Joe Mettle’s songs.
