Ghanaian dancehall/reggae artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale, has sent his goodwill message to Fantana as she marks her 23rd birthday today.

Speaking in a coded language in a post sighted by Zionfelix.net, Shatta Wale said he owes a blast of Fantana’s life very soon.
