UK-based Ghanaian female musician, Lady Sledge has thrown a light on why she quit music some time ago.
She revealed in an interview with Zion Felix on the ‘Uncut Show’ that most men who were capable of helping her music career wanted to take advantage of her.
Lady Sledge, known in private life as Melissa Annor mentioned that most of these men were DJs and radio presenters.
The ‘Fab3 Woso’ singer said they wanted to have their way with her before playing her songs.
Following her come back into the music scene, Lady Sledge stated she hasn’t encountered such challenges like it was in the early stages of her music career.
The mother of three (3) children emphasized that the availability of social media has made it easy for musicians to promote their songs.
