Young Ghanaian rapper, Awal has revealed that Sarkodie is yet to give him a verse he promised him some years ago.
Speaking in an interview with KMJ on Joy Prime’s ‘Showbiz Now’ program which was monitored by Zionfelix.net, Awal divulged the popular rapper asked him to send a song so that he will ‘bless’ him with a verse.
The young rapper stated that he quickly sent the song to Sarkodie but he is yet to hear from him.

According to him, it has been two years now since he sent the song.
Awal added that he hasn’t given up on that—and it will be an honour if Sarkodie fulfils his promise.
He also clarified that he doesn’t have any issue with Sarkodie as it has been speculated.

The ‘Nature Knows No Kings’ composer further revealed how bad he felt when some blogs reported that he has disrespected Sarkodie.
