Patrick Amenuvor, the internet sensation who captured the attention of many with his ambition to compete for the Guinness World Records Stand-a-Thon, has revealed that he did not secure approval from the esteemed awarding body.

In an exclusive interview with renowned Ghanaian blogger and content creator, Zion Felix, Patrick disclosed that his inspiration for the stand-a-thon came from deep within him.

Patrick explained that he and his team introduced the term “stand-a-thon” for their challenge after not finding similar attempts on the official Guinness World Records pages.

Despite the absence of a specific category, he and his team forged ahead with the innovative idea.

However, Patrick disclosed that the financial requirements for filing an official application caught him off guard, leaving him unable to proceed with the formal Guinness World Records approval process.

Despite the setback, Patrick decided to embark on the Stand-a-Thon challenge without the official endorsement of the Guinness World Record board.
