I love spending time with friends talking about the important things in life and hate nothing more than ‘authority’ and hypocrisy. My personal believe in life is that once an individual sets his/her mind to achieve something, it is totally possible. And oh!, I am a strong Lannister, because I always pay my debt. The award-winning actress indicated that if any individual makes any foul or disrespectful comment under a post she makes, she will not hesitate to block that individual and all the people who decide to like the said comment.

She went further to stress it is her duty to keep her social media pages free from any form of toxicity.

The CEO of Kinky Matters added that any comment that cannot be said to her face, must not be made under her posts on social media because it only proves that the individual ia just a coward.

“I have zero tolerance for disrespect on my page; if you write anything I find offensive you, and everyone who likes and agrees, will get  blocked without question.

It’s important I keep my page free of toxicity for my own mental health.

Too many people believe that just because you have access to a person through social media, it doesn’t come with boundaries, you’re wrong.

I treat social media just as I do my real life, and if I won’t tolerate it in person I won’t online either; this also means if you can’t say it to my face, don’t try it online.

I shouldn’t have to remind you that we’re HUMAN and have feelings just like you; that we’re public figures doesn’t make us immune to the pain of hurtful words.

I don’t owe you tough skin or silence when I feel attacked; you’re more than welcome to react how you want when you’re in that position, but do not tell me how to respond or react to MY experience.

I’ve survived the internet and it’s negativity & pressure over the years by setting my own rules on how to navigate it.

I haven’t lost myself to it because I try not to put myself in a chokehold for likes, following and validation.

I’d much rather have a smaller following with more positive interactions, than entertain disrespect to maintain popularity.

So to the MANY who’ve been consistent in their support, defense & love know that I see you!

Lastly, know that I will always be me and not who you want me to be.

If you delude yourself into believing that you have any right to how I live, you’re creating your own heartbreak with expectations.

Happy Weekend.”
