A new entrant unto the Ghanaian gospel scene, Lady Porsh has disclosed that the church of Pentecost which she has dutifully served and worshipped with for the past 24 years hasn’t in any way contributed financially to her career.

The very positive singer added that despite her strong belief that financial aid would be of great help, she is grateful for the only support she receives which comes in the form of encouraging words from church elders and members.

She attributed the inability of the church to financially support talents to the bureaucratic nature of the church hierarchy and the negative signals people give after being helped.

She said “a pastor will face stiff opposition from elders and deacons if he decides that use the church’s money for such purposes so he can only help with his personal finances”.

Speaking to Franky 5 of Hitz FM which was monitored by Zionfelix.net, the 24-year-old songstress was unperturbed and poised to continue heeding to her calling regardless of this.

Lady Porsh is out with a very inspiring tune titled ‘Mehia Wo’.
