The meeting is to discuss the lack of representation in Parliament for some three communities; Santrokofi, Akpafu and Lolobi, collectively known as SALL.
The people of SALL got to know on the night of December 6 that they won’t be voting for a parliamentary candidate in the 2020, December 7 elections.
Their exemption from the election has raised eye brows and has received attention from some Civil Society Organisations and other high profile personalities in the country.

Latest to add his voice to the situation is John Dumelo. The actor in a series of tweets, lamented the plight of the SALL people. He requested to meet the President to discuss the situation with him when he (President) returns from France.
John Dumelo explained that if nothing is done about the situation, the three communities will experience a deficiency in development.
“Dear @NAkufoAddo, please the people of Santrokofi, Akpafu, Lolobi and Likpe are still without a district and a constituency. They are absent at the local governance level as well as parliament. Respectfully, can I please come see you when you come back from France? Merci,” he tweeted.
“Dear @NAkufoAddo imagine some 4 towns in Bantama or Kyebi or Accra without an Mp and a DCE for 4 years. That’s what Will happen in SALL if they don’t get at least a district created for them. There will be developmental deficiency. They are stranded. #SallispartofGhana,” he added.
