Controversial Ghanaian entertainment critic, Mr. Logic, has stated emphatically that popular Ghanaian actor and entrepreneur, John Dumelo, will lose the 2024 parliamentary election in the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency if he even emerges as the NDC’s candidate for the area.
He made this remark when he was speaking about the recent statement released by the CEO of Ghana Movie Awards, Fred Nuamah, stating that he will never contest in the NDC’s primaries for the constituency.

The artist manager made the point that he felt Fred Nuamah would have been a better political candidate in the 2024 election as against John Dumelo, for which reason he was surprised that he decided to back out of the contest.
He went on to state that all along he has had the feeling that John Dumelo is not cut out of full-time politics and serious parliamentary work as an individual, but rather, the award-winning actor is bent on winning the parliamentary seat just to make a point that he indeed went to parliament as an MP when all others thought he could not achieve that feat.
Mr. Logic went further to add that his investigations done on the grounds also show that John Dumelo does not stand a chance against the NPP’s Lydia Alhassan, who won the 2020 elections with a vote difference of 2,373.
He emphasized that the constituents have told him that they prefer Lydia over John.
