Ghanaian Afro-Pop singer, Kelvyn Boy, has some few words about his exit from Burniton Music.
After months of speculation, Stonebwoy owner of Burniton confirmed his outfit had terminated the contract of Kelvin Brown popularly known as Kelvyn Boy.
According to the statement released on his Instagram page, the company took the decision due to the Burniton Music Group auditing its relationship with its officers and associated acts.
Burniton Music Group explained that Kelvyn Boy’s contract with the group expired in January 2019.
They added that even though there was an option to renew the contract, Kelvyn’s conduct of during his tenure caused them to pull the plugs.
Kelvyn had taken this quite calmly as he hasn’t specifically addressed the issue since it was confirmed.
However his reply to a post is considered quite cryptic.
Replying to a video post about himself on Instagram, he said “we live to see. Karma is real. Tomorrow awaits us”. Could this be a “classy clap-back” from Kelvyn??? Only time will tell.
