Few Ghanaian musicians are known in Canada but Manifest is not among them and that is according to Ghanaian-born Canadian-based artiste Pauli B.
The songstress who arrived in Ghana Monday night in a press interaction at the Kotoka International Airport told Zionfelix.net that Kuami Eugene, Kidi, Sarkodie and few other Ghanaian musicians are popular in Canada than the ‘godMc’ rapper. This was after she mentioned the top five Ghanaian musicians who are currently the most sought-after artistes in the North American country.
Giving her list, she mentioned Sarkodie, Shatta Wale, Kidi, Kuami Eugene and Stonebwoy.
When asked if Ghanaian rapper, singer and songwriter M.anifest real name Kwame Ametepee Tsikata is well-known among the Ghanaian community in Canada like the others she mentioned, Pailu B who was not ready to create confusion with her reply said “I can’t really say that”. The ‘Dedeede’ songstress confessed her love for M.anifest’s songs but disclosed that she does not hear his songs in Canada often so cannot be compared to the five musicians she named.
Pauli B at the airport also said she is in Ghana to spend three months and whilst here, she will be collaborating with top Ghanaian musicians like Sarkodie, MzVee, Kofi Kinaata and many others.
