Mad Time Music boss, Kwaw Kese has replied to the message Jamaican Dancehall artiste Popcaan left under the post he shared earlier this morning on his Instagram handle.
According to Kwaw, Popcaan has totally misunderstood what he was trying to say.

He makes the point that he is a big fan of his music and as such, he couldn’t be mad at him. However, his problem is with the systems that operate in Ghana.
Kwaw Kese stressed that it is totally wrong for the Ghana Police Service to arrest Ghanaians who are just smoking a small piece in private and publicly protect him with arms while he smokes a much bigger piece.
The “Dondo” hitmaker also used the video sighted by zionfelix.net to appeal to the government to as a matter of urgency decriminalize the smoking of weed because it is a bad law.
