Ex-Ghanaian skipper, Asamoah Gyan, has told those bashing officials over the 26-man squad to cease fire.
A section of Ghanaian soccer fans was displeased after the squad for the 2022 World Cup was announced by Coach Otto Addo on Monday, November 14, 2022.
They were unhappy about some players not being included in the team.
These fans have been predicting doom for the Black Stars.

In a tweet, Asamoah Gyan implored them to support the team.
He urged Ghanaians to pray for the Black Stars to deliver.
Gyan wrote: “Everyone have shared his or her opinion about the BLACK STARS. 26 man squad is out now so what we have to do now is to support those in camp now. If u have any comments, wait till after the first game of the tournament. But for now, let’s pray for the team to deliver 🙏🏿🙏🏿💪🏿💪🏿.”
Ghana will play with Portugal, Uruguay and South Korea in the Group H of the World Cup 2022 in Qatar.
