The Miss Ghana beauty pageant, which has in recent years been organized by Exclusive Events Ghana under the leadership of its CEO, Inna Mariam Patty had a hell of a time last year prior to the organization of the events as many controversies popped up in the media space in relation to the pageant.
Even though many people had the belief that the pageant would probably not come off this year because of the issues some previous winners raised, a launch was held today, April 5 at the Tang Palace Hotel.
The deputy minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Hon. Dr. Ziblim Barri Iddi, who was a special guest for the occasion in his very well-crafted speech called on all Ghanaians to support the Miss Ghana beauty pageant because it is an authentic Ghanaian beauty pageant which promotes the country’s culture.

Dr. Ziblim ended his short speech with a lot of applause for Madam Inna Mariam Patty for her tenacity and resilience to keep the pageant running for all these years even though they have come face to face with a lot of challenges.
