Award-winning actor and entrepreneur, Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has in the last few days made a lot of headlines after his unfortunate accident in Kumasi.

In the wake of the reactions online, Maame Serwaa, the wife of actor has left many quite sad with an emotional video as she responded to her husband’s recent tragic accident.
In the video sighted on social media, Maame Serwaa was seen weeping silently into the camera.
The caption accompanying the video reveals her heartfelt plea to God for her husband’s safety and well-being amidst the turmoil he is facing.
“Dear God, as I pray for my husband, I ask that you protect him. Please protect his life and health. Also, shield him from anyone or anything that could harm him. He is a blessing in my life and to our family,” the caption read. This touching message was shared by popular blogger Sikaofficial on the social media platform X.

The accident, which occurred on May 25, 2024, near Grace Baptist Church in Amakom, Kumasi, involved a head-on collision between Lilwin’s Benz and another vehicle.
The crash resulted in multiple injuries and the tragic death of the young child. All injured parties, including LilWin, were swiftly transported to the Accident and Emergency Unit of Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
Despite sustaining injuries, Lilwin demonstrated remarkable resilience by attending the premiere of his film, “A Country Called Ghana,” at the KNUST CCB Auditorium on the very day of the accident.
Following his discharge from the hospital, Lilwin was detained by police on June 3, 2024. He has since been granted bail of GH¢50,000, with his case adjourned to June 27, 2024.
The actor now faces legal proceedings in connection with the accident, adding to the strain on his family.
Lilwin’s management team has pledged their full support to the bereaved family, expressing their condolences and commitment to assisting them during this difficult time.
