The decision of Nana Romeo to sack Kidi after he came in late for their interview is still receiving a lot of mixed reactions on social media.
The latest personalities to also make a comment on the unfortunate situation are EL, Lydia Forson, and AJ Akuoko-Sarpong Of Citi FM/TV.
On their various twitter timelines, they chide Nana Romeo ‘Welewele’ for how he reacted and suggested that he could have done better professionally.
Rapper EL in his tweet said, “The Presenter should have picked a more private platform to address Kidi’s tardiness, these are difficult times we’re living in, regardless of the history they’ve had”.
Lydia Forson also tweeted “This could have been handled better than this. Time must be respected by everyone, that I agree. But to publicly humiliate a GUEST on your show like this is unfortunate. How many times have we showed up to interviews/events etc that didn’t start on time”.

Time must be respected by everyone, that I agree.
But to publicly humiliate a GUEST on your show like this is unfortunate.
How many times have we showed up to interviews/events etc that didn’t start on time. https://t.co/3sxADS0cwY
The final one from AJ Sarpong reads: “I’ve conducted many interviews on radio and on tv. And I can’t even begin to count the amount of times artistes have been delayed or been late to the interviews with many valid reasons. There are many ways to go about it but what that Presenter did certainly wasn’t one of them“
To make a joke out of them being late or to make them apology for being late before you begin works.

To choose not to conduct it and state your reasons is also okay, off-air.
But to publicly lambast them and berate them like children on-air dieerrr I’m sorry but Not Not Not!🤦🏽♀️
