Award-winning rapper Maccasio has teamed up with Alhaji Abdul Karim’s Baron Healing Hearts Foundation to distribute food to the needy in Tamale during Ramadan.

The initiative, which kicked off on Sunday, saw 2,500 packs of food shared across major streets in the city.

Yesterday, the team extended their outreach to inmates at the Tamale Central Prison, ensuring they also felt the spirit of the holy month.

Maccasio, known for his deep connection with his community, expressed his gratitude for being part of the initiative.

“Ramadan is about sharing and kindness. I’m honored to contribute to this cause,” he said.

Alhaji Abdul Karim, founder of the Baron Healing Hearts Foundation and Baron Autos, reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the underprivileged, emphasizing that the project would continue throughout the fasting period.

The donation exercise has been widely praised, with beneficiaries and local residents commending the team for their generosity.
