In the early house of Thursday, May 23, 2024, it emerged that popular Ghanaian actress and entrepreneur, Precious Fella Makafui was arrested for selling unregistered drugs from her shop in Mempeasem.
According to the reports, investigative reporter Akwasi Koranteng, representing ISPYGH 247—an investigative documentary filmmaking firm in partnership with the Pharmacy Council Ghana caused the arrest on May 22, 2024.

It also emerged that the arrest followed a six-month surveillance operation monitoring Fella’s social media activity on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
The report lists confiscated items including fertility teas, enlargement syrups and oils, detox pearls, and sexual vitality teas, among others.
These products were allegedly marketed without approval from the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA).
Per some reports we have gathered now, Fella Makafui has been granted bail pending further investigation.
It has also been alleged that Medikal was the one who secured the bail for her notwithstanding their current marital issues that has resulted in their divorce.
Some individuals who have have been making the suggestions that Fella was bailed out by Medikal have claimed that he did it because of their daughter, Island Frimpong.
