Ghanaian singer Mzbel has apologised for her poor performance at Afrochella this year.
The singer who is known in private life as Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah performed during the second day of the 2-day festival which happened on 28th and 29th December 2022.
Mzbel admitted that her performance was trashy, adding how disappointed she is about it herself.
She apologised to her fans today saying she was terribly sorry about the situation.
Explaining what caused the chaos, Mzbel revealed that she was struggling to hear herself on stage.
“What happened was I couldn’t hear myself and couldn’t hear my music on stage that’s why I kept on shouting and trying my best to have fun somehow but it all ended up trashy. Also the lights hitting the stage was just too strong for my fragile eyes so I couldn’t even see the crowd to interact properly,” she wrote on Facebook.
She promised to make it up to her fans at her next gig which she promise will be massive if things work out as planned.
