Ghanaian actress and television presenter, Nana Ama McBrown has said her mum and family never put pressure on her to get married and have children.

In an interview on the Dentaa Show which was monitored by Zionfelix.net, the pretty actress revealed her mother and family were very calm at her situation of not getting married and had no child in her forty’s.

The host of UTV’s United Showbiz program and McBrown’s Kitchen revealed it was outsiders who put pressure on her.

She indicated that though the pressure was so intense, she believes the people cared about her.

Nana Ama revealed some of these people asked such question in a bad manner—but she still believed they all cared about her and were eager to see how she would behave as a mother.

She added that the pressure was also too much due to her popularity.

Nana Ama McBrown was answering a question about the cultural and societal pressures put on women who are of an age when it comes to marriage and childbirth.
