“Koti” hitmaker, Ayesem, is one fine rapper who has dropped a few great tunes from the West Side of Ghana (Takoradi) as the town he is based at even though he is a true royal of the Akuapem land, specifically Kwahu.

Well, after basing in Takoradi all these years, the musician has revealed that he finally decided to move to the nation’s capital, Accra, to continue his music career because nobody in T’adi has shown the interest to invest in his career.

Speaking with Zionfelix on the ‘Uncut’ show recently, Ayesem disclosed that his current management, Shocks Entertainment, urged him to move closer to them in Accra because it will go a very long way to help them in the promotion of his works and other gigs which may come their way.

Asked if the investment in his career were not coming forth from people in Takoradi because they didn’t see him as a good artist, the “Dede” singer replied that it was not the case. He added that even though some people were interested in helping, they did so without pumping cash into his craft.
