Popular Ghanaian award-winning music promoter, Event organizer, and talent manager Sadick Assah, popularly known in the showbiz circles as Sleeky Promotions in the latest post sighted on his Facebook page has reechoed the belief of many talent managers like Mr. Logic on female talents they manage/
According to Sleeky Promotions, managers of female acts must never invest in these musicians without dating them.

In his view, record label owners and talent investors must totally desist from going into managing female musicians when there is no relationship.
The promoter who has worked with many top musicians in the country including the missing Castro, 4×4, Tic Tac, VIP, Empress Gifty, Shatta wale, Nhyiraba Kojo, Mr. Eazi, and many other top African music stars defends his post by explaining that most female musicians are controlled by their boy lovers, fiancés and generally men’s especially when working with them seriously on a music business note
According to the promoter, the music management business is unpredictable, investment planted in the artiste career are not mostly assured as such, it a gamble when one does not have a good talent.
He further stated that there must always be the highest measure of vigilance, especially when dealing with a female musician, and stressed that women are emotional and they mostly consider grabbing their marital chances before the benefit of their craft as musicians.
He ended by emphasizing that dating your female musicians brings understanding and helps to speed the work. He maintains that the artiste even listens to you more and gives you all the needed attention for the development of the work, it reduces cost of accommodation when in a travel mission for shows and promotions.
