Popular Ghanaian rapper, Samuel Adu Frimpong, otherwise known as Medikal, has turned a year older today.
On his special, Medikal’s wife, Fella Makafui has made a promise to him.
In a tweet sighted by Zionfelix.net, Fella Makafui promised to buy an Island for him next year.

She also disclosed how much she loves Medikal.
Fella Makafui accompanied her post with a romantic video with her husband.
She wrote: “Happy birthday to the best man in the world ..My husband, best friend, brother ..I love you soo much baby. More life, keep winning…next year I’m buying you an ISLAND 🏝”
