Kumasi-based Ultimate FM’s on-air radio personality, Mr Kastro has firmly asserted that songs from Ghana’s neighbors, Nigeria are lazy ones.

He made this statement during a chat with award-winning Ghanaian blogger, Zion Felix when he was on Ultimate FM to promote his latest single ‘Mount Zion’ which features Sista Afia, Fameye, and King Paluta.

According to him, he hardly adds songs from Nigeria to his playlist for his shows on radio because he does not believe that really cut it for his preference in music as a top DJ.

He humorously added that anytime he plays such from Ghana’s neighbors in the fatherland, he gets severe back pains.

DJ Kastro further added that there have been times his managers have question why he rarely plays Nigerian songs on his show but prefers to play songs from musicians in Ghana who are seen as ‘underground’.

He pointed out that anytime these type of questions come up from his bosses, he also ask them the question if they don’t enjoy these songs from the supposed underground musicians.
