Ghana-based Liberian singer and songwriter, Irene Logan has ditched secular music.
She made the revelation on the ‘Restoration Show’ with Stacy Amoateng which was monitored by Zionfelix.net.
Irene recounted how she allowed God to have His way after she reluctantly went to church when a pastor was visiting them from the United Kingdom.
The former Stars of the future winner said she asked God to tell her if He does not want her to do music again when she got to the car park of the church.
In her eagerness to have a response from God, Irene disclosed she went to sit at the front with the aim that the man of God would tell her something about the answer she was seeking from God about her music.
Interestingly, preaching was done, announcement completed and there was no sign of the pastor calling her to tell her anything. She recalled it was time for benediction and finally, the pastor asked her to come.

During an encounter with the pastor, Irene said he asked what she does and she told him she’s a singer. The pastor then followed up with “Do you sing or you minister?”
The ‘Odo Me’ composer told the pastors she sings and minister as well.
According to her, the pastor told her people who sing get fame but God blesses and protects those who minister.
After the pastor asked her to kneel, Irene divulged he took an anointing oil and said, “Today I anoint you as a minister of God.”
From that day till today, Irene Logan stated she surrendered.
