Ghanaian footballer Nii Odartey Lamptey is expected to regain ownership of his East Legon mansion today.
This comes after court ruled to return ownership of the mansion from the ex-wife of the footballer to himself.
Court threw out two appeals filed by the footballer’s ex-wife to own the house.

After her second appeal failed, Gloria Appiah was ordered by the court to vacate the mansion after a one-month grace-period which is up.
In an interview on Peace FM, Odartey Lamptey revealed that he has ‘organized the boys’ to move into the house but he himself will move in this week.
In another interview on Angel TV, the footballer said he bought the house for $100,000 in 1998 while he was playing football in Germany.
“This is a house I bought for $100,000 around 1998/1999 while playing in Germany so you can imagine. I was given one hour to leave the house when my ex wife filed for divorce. I’m extremely happy at this new ruling,” he said.
