Kwame Nsiah-Apau popularly known in showbiz circles as Okyeame Kwame is a legend in the game but he keeps riding with the waves. The singer doesn’t let age limit his creativity.
Okyeame Kwame recently broke the internet with his new song “Yee Ko” which he recorded with Rockstar and “Angela” hitmaker Kuami Eugene. The video of the song has since recorded more than 500,000 views on video streaming app YouTube.
One shocking revelation that pushed many to watch the video was that the legendary versatile musician said he recorded the video of the hit single with his iPhone. Is that not surprising?
While musicians pump thousands of dollars into producing music videos, the rap doctor as he is known by many, just sat at home and employed the services of his multitasking iphone, exposing the real worth of the expensive phones we hold in our hands without exploiting their full potentials.
Using his phone to record the video was not the only surprised Okyeame Kwame pulled on the industry; the rap doctor also didn’t have to get anyone to search for venues for him to shoot the video. He simply recorded it in his house.
All the nice and serene scenes we saw in the video were those of Okyeame’s spacious mansion. He actually spent 0$ on the production of visuals for the hit song with Kuami Eugene.
