Following screen goddess, Nana Ama Mcbrown‘s recent move to quit Despite Media for Media General, a lot of things were said on social media.
While some people congratulated her for that surprising change, others, including her colleague, Ola Michael, who happens to be a current employee of Despite Media, did not take it lightly.
During one of his shows which airs on Despite Media’s Neat FM every weekday, Ola Michael described Nana Ama Mcbrown as ungrateful and criticized her over the manner she was going about to switch.
In a viral video, Ola was heard saying: “If there is someone who has worked in this house (Despite Media Group) and has to be very very grateful to the owners of this business, Nana Ama will be the first. But have you seen what has happened?

Well, he said his piece, but a lot of netizens did not go easy on him because to many of them, being an employee of a particular media house does not mean that you must work there all the days of your life.
The above and all the others, including the insults he got in his DM have got the renowned filmmaker to come out to clarify some of the issues.
In an interview he granted OneGHTV, Ola said stressed that he has no regrets whatsoever for the things he said.
According to him, he has the right to express his opinion whenever he sees the need to do so and stressed that he only spoke the truth in this particular case.
“In this world, we all have our opinions. You can’t tell me what to say and how to say it. If I talk about you and you don’t like it, you can also say yours. You don’t know what I know and these fans always pretend to know everything. I won’t sit on radio to talk about things that are not true. Saying Mcbrown is ungrateful isn’t an insult and I don’t regret it. In this profession, be ready to tolerate people talking about you, just as you talk about others,” Ola said.
