Ghanaian fashion brand Le Bon Collections is celebrating five years of growth and success in the country’s fashion industry.
The fashion house which has been in operation since 2012 has been contributing to the industry in various ways and is also poised to break new grounds as it celebrates its milestone.
Last Saturday it held a sizable fashion event at Le Bon’s outfit located at Dzorwulu opposite the Mediferm Hospital, not far from Sid Theatre in Accra to celebrate with its clients, who kept the fashion house in business in the last five years.
The ceremony was also used to outdoor the brand’s latest collection dubbed Maho 17.
Among industry players who attended the ceremony were Kofi Okyere Darko (KOD), Elikem Kumordzi, Shaida Buari and a host of others.
“Five years has been very tough but rewarding. I mean we are amazed. We started not believing in ourselves but people kind of believed in us. We are happy we have been able to get this,” CEO of Le Bon Collections Bridget Osei Nyarko said.
Le Bon Collections is one of the influential fashion brands in Ghana and known for its feats on Ghana’s runways. Its most recent runway events include showcasing at ‘Rhythms On Da Runway’ and another by the American Embassy in Accra.
Le Bon Collections are predominantly silk and soft fabrics and also have special stones in them. The brand is also known for its bespoke services. It combines pattern drafting and free-hand-cutting techniques in making designs to suit its comprehensive class.
