Ghanaian artiste Nero X has officially presented his campaign song for John Dramani Mahama, the flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), ahead of the 2024 general elections in Ghana.

Photos of the presentation surfaced on social media on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, showing Nero X handing over the song to the former president.

Nero X’s song, titled “Mahama for 2024,” was uploaded to his official YouTube channel on June 19, 2024.

The song’s lyrics urge the public to support John Dramani Mahama, portraying him as the ideal leader to guide the nation through its current challenges.

In “Mahama for 2024,” Nero X also praises Mahama as a savior during economic difficulties.

The song highlights various issues faced under the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government, advocating for the NDC candidate as the solution to improve the lives of Ghanaian citizens.

The decision of Nero X to release this political song is not a new trend in the Ghanaian political space.
