Renowned Ghanaian media personality, Kwadwo Okyere Darko, Otherwise known as KOD, has advocated for massive airplay of Ghanaian music in December.
In a post sighted by zionfelix.net on Facebook, the Star FM presenter enunciated that one of the ways that can propel Ghana to greater heights is through music.
He, therefore, proposed a hundred per cent (100%) airplay of Ghanaian music in this festive season.
“We can’t sell GH without our music…100% GH music this December. It’s our collective responsibility,” KOD wrote.
He added in another post: “The Ghanaian DJ will make more money when our music gets bigger out there…they won’t ask for payola, that would be too small for them. Until that day, we have to put out our music out in a big way.”
