The Minister for Information, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has assured Ghanaians that President Akufo Addo won’t lock down the country following the coronavirus outbreak.
He gave the assurance through a tweet sighted by Zionfelix.net.

Mr Oppong Nkrumah calmed the nerves of Ghanaians after he hinted at an upcoming address by the President this evening after he met with the Covid-19 response committee.
He posted: “@NAkufoAddo has just concluded a mtg of the Covid-19 response ctee. H.E. Will address the nation tonight with latest updates and measures. But no he will not be announcing a lockdown so don’t panic. #SpreadCalmNotFear.”
About nineteen cases have been confirmed so far in the country as on Saturday, March 21, 2020.
