Actress Tracey Boakye has revealed in a chat with Zionfelix on the ‘Uncut’ show that she spent close to a whopping $ 50,000 which translates into about GH 260, 000 Cedis on her latest baby in the pool of businesses, Short Code by Tracey Boakye.
According to her, she spent this huge sum of money firstly because of the place the shop is located, Patasi, is very plush, which makes the acquisition of land rather costly. She also stressed that the sort of structure she decided to put up to accommodate the various departments of her pub was also another key thing which resulted in her spending that huge amount.
Asked why she didn’t spend such a huge amount of money on probably a cement deport at a new estate site because currently, people are building a lot, the hardworking movie producer revealed that building was not an everyday necessity.

She disclosed that all her businesses, from her salon, through to the new pub largely focuses on the everyday need of people. She stressed that whereas people will likely build houses once in a blue moon because it is not everybody who will be able to build, people will always either eat food or drink something, as such, the decision to put up the pub with such a huge amount of money.
