Newest Ghanaian music sensation, Black Sherif has been speaking about his music background after he recently shot up on the scene again following the release of his “1st Sermon” freestyle.

The young musician who shot to fame after releasing his hit banger “Money” has told Pulse Ghana that he switched from rapping to singing.

Blacko as he is affectionately known revealed that he started writing and rapping with his friends when he was in senior high school.

The talented rapper later switched to singing. This he attributed to the difficulty in rapping. He said he knew how to sing and that was easier, hence the switch.

Blacko said his “Money” song which went viral inspired him to work harder and go worldwide.

He told Pulse that he doesn’t have any record deal currently and he is open to any record label that brings a good deal.
