Veteran Ghanaian musician, Rex Omar, will be leading a demonstration against President Akufo-Addo’s government.
The demonstration dubbed ‘Arise Ghana’ is scheduled to take place in Accra on November 15, 2022.
He is teaming up with Mensah Thompson, Bernard Mornah, Bobie Ansah and others.
They are staging this demo against President Akufo-Addo, Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta and Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia.

Their decision for this demonstration is due to hardship in the country.
For some time now, Ghanaians have been crying over the high cost of living in Ghana.
The depreciation of the cedi and fuel increment have spiked the prices of goods and services in the country.
Apart from his leadership in the Ghanaian music industry, Rex Omar is also known as a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
