Ghanaian artiste, Safo Newman, has sung about galamsey menace in his new song.

The issue of galamsey has become topical in Ghana lately. Videos and photos of water bodies in Ghana being destroyed due to galamsey activities have gone viral on social media.

This even led to some people hitting the streets to demonstrate against it. Unfortunately, the demonstration did not end well as some of them were arrested and remanded following court appearances.
