Kumawood actress, Tracey Boakye, has denied rumours that respected businessman, Sir Sam Jonah, is her sugar daddy and the father of her newly born daughter.

Tracey Boakye, who gave birth to a baby girl in May, has been in banter with singer, Mzbel, born Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah, since Tuesday, August 4, 2020.

Their beef has been about a sugar daddy they are both dating. This also happens to be the same man Tracey had a baby with.

Following their back and forth on social media and the quest to find out who this man they are fighting over is, images of Jonah, who is the executive chairman of Jonah Capital, popped as the man they were fighting about.

But in a statement on her Instagram page on Friday, August 7, 2020, Tracey Boakye stated she had been scandalised by the news of Jonah being the father of her daughter, Nana Akua Nhyra.

According to Tracey, she has never met Jonah at any point in her life and thus makes the news hurtful and spiteful to the real father of her child, who has been left distraught by recent issues.

She called for a stop to such publications and also apologised to Jonah and his family over the matter.

Her Statement read: “I’m completely scandalized by recent news awash on social media outlets drawing a link between myself and Sir Sam Jonah as the father of my daughter. For the record, I have never seen, met or engaged with Sir Sam Jonah at any stage of my life.I, therefore, find this news so hurtful and spiteful to the father of my newborn child who is completely distraught on the back of the recent happenings. I ask that persons engaged in this unscrupulous agenda cease and desist from the publication of this fake news. Finally, I wish to take this opportunity to apologise to Sir Sam Jonah and his family for the unfortunate state of affairs.”
