Media personality Serwaa Amihere has broken her silence following the circulation of an intimate video featuring her on various social media platforms.
Confirming her presence in the video, she has expressed remorse and issued an apology for the distress the incident has caused.

The leaked video depicts Serwaa Amihere in a compromising situation with a man identified as Henry Fitz.
Amidst swirling speculations, Serwaa has revealed that the footage dates back to 2019, predating Fitz’s marriage.
However, earlier conflicting accounts alleged that Serwaa Amihere attended Fitz’s wedding as a guest and subsequently engaged in an affair with him.
This narrative brought about widespread condemnation and backlash against the Media General presenter.
In response to all the backlash, the award-winning journalist has acknowledged her lapse in judgment and attributed it to underestimating the ramifications of her actions.
In a statement shared via her official channels on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, Serwaa Amihere extended her apologies to her family, employers, associates, and the brands she represents.
Serwaa also disclosed that the video’s release followed a prolonged period of extortion threats, spanning five months, coupled with law enforcement efforts to apprehend the perpetrators.
Despite the ordeal, she emphasized the valuable lessons learned from the experience, underscoring her commitment to personal growth and resilience in adversity.
