The new year has brought with it some bad news as the country braces fr a new wave of COVID-19 infections following the Christmas festivities. Zionelix.net brings you a list of of high profile personalities who have died from the virus in 2021.
The first name of the list is the National Security Coordinator Joshua Kyeremeh. The shocking news of the National Security Coordinator’s death came on Monday. He died from kidney complications while receiving treatment for COVID-19 at the Ga East Municipal Hospital.
According to the Former Minister of Communications under the erstwhile John Mahama administration Dr. Omane Boamah who has been advocating for working from home, many more people have died from the virus and many are undiagnosed.
According to Dr. Omane Boamah, the country has also lost a valuable Public Relations expert who is also a lecturer. An experienced educationist with the Ghana International School (GIS). He disclosed that a finance guru at Fidelity Bank has also died from the virus.
