Film producer Socrates Safo has called upon journalists in the country to stop fuelling the feud between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.
It can be recalled that the Dancehall duo through the intervention of GhOne TV’s Nana Aba Anamoah and Dr. Kofi Abban called off their long-standing beef a few weeks after the VGMAs fracas.
The two artistes as a sign of a new found friendship are set to headline a peace concert in Accra on the 20th of July this year.
Socrates Safo speaking on air, stated that for peace to continue to prevail between the two camps, Ghanaians have to encourage and motivate the artistes and also stop fuelling the rivalry between Shatta and Stonebwoy.
The legendary producer added that most problems in the industry are as a result of rumours being circulated and media houses make things worse by fuelling them.
He begged that the media houses should desist from such rumour peddling so that peace will continue to prevail.
