The Nigerian singer known in private life as Oyindamola Johnson Emmanuel was stunned how Nigerian songs enjoy massive airplay in Ghana at the expense of songs composed by musicians in the country.
In a post sighted zionfelix.net, the ‘My Dear’ hitmaker advised DJs and presenter to change and balance their playlists in this New Year.
He seems to have no problem if the Nigerian songs dominating the Ghanaian airwaves featured a musician from the country.
Dammy Krane wrote: “Naija music is being played more than Ghana music in Ghana 🇬🇭, This must stop in 2020, the only Naija songs that should have such rotations are songs that features a Ghanaian. Every must balance well in 2020.”
