When most students at the Odorgonnor Senior High School were busily aiming to enter into university after writing their WASSCE exams, rapper cum singer Fameye was thinking otherwise.
The musician whose latest single ‘Notin I Get’ has become a national anthem has revealed that he never had the plan to continue his education after senior high school. Fameye explained that he knew none of his family members would finance his tertiary education and that shut his dream to make him focus more on his music career.
Speaking to Zionfelix on his ‘Uncut’ program, the OGB Records signee further revealed that he was not good at mathematics so he did not bother himself writing the paper during WASSCE.
The rapper also revealed that he walked out of the examination hall during his final exams because he did not know what to write on the answer booklet when it was time for the maths exam.
Even after school when his family members gave him money to register at IPMC, the musician revealed that he used more than half of the cash to shoot a music video because his dream was to be a musician.
