Rapper, Vic Mensa has been arrested.
According to TMZ, the American rapper was arrested for carrying a stash of mushrooms from Ghana to America.
He was reportedly taken into custody on Saturday at Dulles International Airport outside D.C. following his return from Ghana.
“Vic was pulled aside for a secondary search, and that’s when agents found what they believe are shrooms.
“The feds are still testing the substance they allegedly found to confirm if it is what they think it is.
“Vic was booked for felony narcotics possession because Psilocybin (the scientific name for shrooms) remains a Schedule I substance under federal law,” the website reported.
Vic Mensa and Chance the Rapper, visited Ghana’s President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo when they were in the country.
