Roland Frimpong Nyarko, widely known as Champion Rollie has recently shared details about the highest payment he has ever received for his dancing talents.

Speaking about this special moment during an interview on Joy Prime’s children’s program, 4Kids Paradise, hosted by Akosua Debrah, he mentioned that he was astonished when the money first appeared in his bank account.

This is the first time I’m disclosing this. The highest amount I’ve been paid is GH₵ 70,000.00. In January, I had a contract with Football Together, and they flew me to Côte d’Ivoire to be an influencer for the Ghana-Egypt match. I did a lot of social media postings, and that’s the biggest contract I’ve ever signed,” Rollie stated.

He went on to add that he initially found it hard to believe until he received the notification from his bank confirming the substantial deposit.

For Champion Rollie, receiving payment as a professional dancer has been a highlight of his career, but he notes that the amount can vary depending on the event and the contract.

He further stated beyond the financial gains that comes with the dancing, he finds great satisfaction in knowing he is positively impacting lives through his art.

Recently, Rollie organized the ‘Clothe-A-Child; Change A Life’ fun fair, aiding over one hundred street children, a project he has been dedicated to for several years.

Looking ahead, he intends to use his earnings to train potential young dancers from the streets, providing them with opportunities for a better future.
