For the fans of award-winning Ghanaian musician, Fancy Gadam, who have been wondering why he was not booked for any of the big concerts and shows during the 2022 Christmas festivities, the music star has come out to offer some explanation.
In an exclusive interview, he granted to Serwaa Amihere on the breakfast show of GhOne TV, the musician who is known i private life as Mujahid Ahmed Bello disclosed that it is probably because the organizers of these events are afraid of his rate.
Asked why he will have such an assertion, the ‘Total Cheat’ hitmaker mentioned that the fact that he single-handedly has filled a sports stadium with over 20,000 capacity more than once should be a contributing factor.
When the host of the show pushed him further to quote his rate, Fancy Gadam hesitantly revealed that he will not take any less than $100,000 before he mounts any stage.
When Serwaa Amihere further questioned if this rate applied to his colleagues in the industry as well, Fancy Gadam quickly replied in the negative and indicated for his colleagues in the industry, he will mount their stages without taking a dime.
