Founder and Leader of Heaven’s Gate Ministry, Prophet Nicholas Osei affectionately called Prophet Kumchacha has to the shock of many indicated that he has no plans of contributing a pesewa to the building of the National Cathedral by the Government.

According to the controversial preacher, President Akufo-Addo was the one who made a promise to God to build a National Cathedral if he wins the 2016 general elections and as such, Ghanaians are not obliged to pay any money towards the completion of the project.

Speaking on ‘Afro Joint’ which is hosted by Fiifi Pratt on Kingdom Plus 101.9FM, Prophet Kumchacha added that he will never waste his money on the National Cathedral because there are a lot of other important things he can use his money to do in the country which will help the citizens.

He mentioned that the Kumasi-Accra highway is in a deplorable state and needs to be fixed.

He also argued that: ”there are a lot of important issues that need to fix in the country however the building of the National Cathedral is not need now and I will never contribute my money towards the project.”

Prophet Kumchacha further mentioned that, he will rather give my money to inmates at Nsawam Prisons than donate to support the building of the National Cathedral.
