Ghanaian actor, Yaw Dabo recently came under heavy backlash after he stated in an interview that only lazy people find time to watch movies that last over two hours.
His comments infuriated many people who watch movies and his colleagues as well.

The anger of many caused the Film Producers Association of Ghana, FIPAG to even release a statement and apology on behalf of the actor.
After weeks of receiving all the backlash and the attacks, the CEO of Dabo Soccer Academy has finally apologized for the comment.
In an interview he granted to Zionfelix far away in France, Yaw Dabo admitted that his comments were very illogical and pleaded with all the people who were offended by the comment he made to forgive.
While he apologized, Yaw Dabo also explained that at the time he granted the interview, he was not in the right frame of mind because there was a lot of pressure on him to make an appointment with the former president, John Agyekum Kuffour.
He also added that there is no way he will make such an insulting comment because he still shoots movies and producers himself.
